WHAT EVENT OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?

Our most popular event options include an all- inclusive package for 2022 starting at $10,990 for 50 guests with each guest over 50 at $45/per person. We also offer a DIY package starting at $3,400 for weddings Monday-Friday, $3,900 for Sunday, and $4,400 for Saturday weddings.

IS FOOD INCLUDED?

A  food buffet is included with the all-inclusive package only. For build your own events, you are welcome to use a licensed and insured caterer of your choice or choose from our preferred list.

ARE TABLE AND CHAIRS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?

Yes, our event rates do include tables and chairs.

WHAT MUSIC OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?

Secret Window venue is wired for sound inside and out. If you are not having a DJ, you are welcome to plug in your own playlist via bluetooth. If you have a DJ, you will need a hotspot for WIFI access. DJ’s supply their own speakers and sound system, and hotspot. There is no public WIFI available.

ARE LINENS INCLUDED?

Linens are only included with the all-inclusive package.  Linens are not included with the build your own option. You can rent linens from Secret Window at an additional cost.

Question 6

WHO SETS UP THE TABLES AND CHAIRS, AND WHO DOES CLEANUP?

Our staff takes care of all setup, breakdown, and basic cleanup. For build your own weddings, you are responsible for everything you bring in, and you must remove your trash from the premises.

IS A DAY OF COORDINATOR REQUIRED?

All weddings at Secret Window require a professional day of coordinator.  Secret Window provides a day-of coordinator for the All-Inclusive package.  Design your own weddings do require the couple to hire an experienced professional day for the day.

Question 8

WHO PROVIDES ALCOHOL?

Secret Window has a full liquor license and provides all alcohol. Like a pub, no outside liquor is permitted to be brought in. You do have the option to add a hosted or cash bar, or combination of both, to whichever package you choose. All Design Your Own events who want a bar require a bar setup fee of $150 and a bartender fee of $25/per hour. Our All-Inclusive wedding package includes the bar setup, and bartenders.  All our bartenders are TIPS trained and are always looking out for the safety of your guests.

WHAT ARE THE EVENT HOURS?

The all-inclusive and build your own options give you exclusive access to the venue from 1:00-10:00 p.m.  For events four hours or less we do have hourly rental available. Hourly rental is not available on weekends during wedding season.

WHAT IS SECRET WINDOW PAYMENT POLICY?

Accepted Answer

We require 50% down to secure your date. This payment takes your date out of our inventory and is non-refundable. The remaining balance payment is due 30 days prior to your event date, and is also non-refundable. We do require a $500 damage deposit which is  refundable 30 days after event.

CAN I BRING IN GLITTER AND CANDLES?

Glitter & confetti is not allowed in the venue at anytime. It is very hard to clean up and is not good for the birds!  Candles must be in glass containers, no taper candles allowed.  If the linens are damaged in any way it will be deducted from your damage deposit.

CAN PAINTINGS BE REMOVED FROM THE GALLERY WALLS?

Accepted Answer

No.  Secret Window venue is an art gallery setting!  We do not allow the paintings to be removed from the walls.  If you have backdrops for photos, etc., they must be on a free standing rack.  We do have easels available for use.

Question 13

ARE FLOWER PETALS ALLOWED?

Accepted Answer

Real flower petals are allowed outside.  If your ceremony is held inside, we require artificial petals to protect the floor from staining and must be cleaned up immediately following ceremony to prevent guests from slipping.

Question 14

ARE SPARKLERS ALLOWED FOR SENDOFF?

Accepted Answer

Because of the fire danger in Colorado we do not allow sparklers.  Fireworks are also prohibited in the town of Monument.  However, DJ’s can provide spark machine that emits a cold to the touch fountain of sparks, which are not subject to catching fire.
