Our most popular event options include an all- inclusive package for 2022 starting at $10,990 for 50 guests with each guest over 50 at $39/per person. We also offer a DIY package starting at $2,800 for weddings Monday-Friday, $3,200 for Sunday, and $3,900 for Saturday weddings.
A food buffet is included with the all-inclusive package only. For build your own events, you are welcome to use a licensed and insured caterer of your choice or choose from our preferred list.
Yes, our event rates do include tables and chairs.
Secret Window venue is wired for sound inside and out. If you are not having a DJ, you are welcome to plug in your own playlist via bluetooth. If you have a DJ, you will need a hotspot for WIFI access. DJ’s supply their own speakers and sound system, and hotspot. There is no public WIFI available.
Linens are only included with the all-inclusive package. Linens are not included with the build your own option. You can rent linens from Secret Window at an additional cost.
Our staff takes care of all setup, breakdown, and basic cleanup. For build your own weddings, you are responsible for everything you bring in, and you must remove your trash from the premises.
All weddings at Secret Window do require a professional day of coordinator. Secret Window provides a day-of coordinator for All-Inclusive, and Design Your Own wedding packages.
Secret Window does have a beer and wine liquor license, and provides all alcohol. Like a pub, no outside liquor is permitted on premises. You do have the option to add a hosted or cash bar, or combination of both to whichever package you choose. All Design Your Own events who want a bar require a bar setup fee of $75 and a bartender fee of $25/per hour. Our All-Inclusive wedding package includes the bar setup, and bartenders. We work with the best wedding professionals in the industry to ensure a beautiful and successful wedding day.
The all-inclusive and build your own options give you exclusive access to the venue from 1:00-10:00 p.m. For events four hours or less we do have hourly rental available. Hourly rental is not available on weekends during wedding season.
We require 50% down to secure your date. This payment takes your date out of our inventory and is non-refundable. The remaining balance payment is due 30 days prior to your event date, and is also non-refundable. We do require a $500 damage deposit which is refundable 30 days after event.
