Secret Window can accommodate 150 guests, rain or shine, utilizing both indoor and outdoor space (May – October).  During off-season (November – April) our banquet room accommodates 70 guests with a dance floor, and 90 guests without dance floor. Our outdoor garden is available based on weather conditions. Our event tents are closed during the off-season.

Our most popular event option includes an all- inclusive package for 2024 starting at 11,900 for 50 guests with each guest over 50 at $49 per person. We also offer a DIY package starting at $3,400 for weddings Monday-Friday, $3,900 for Sunday, and $4,400 for Saturday weddings. 

A  food buffet is included with the all-inclusive package only. For build your own events, you are welcome to use a licensed and insured caterer of your choice or choose from our preferred list.

Yes, our event rates do include tables, linens chairs.  We provide beautiful champagne colored Chiavari chairs for the inside and white resin folding wedding chairs for the outside.

Secret Window venue is wired for sound inside and out. If you are not having a DJ, you are welcome to plug in your own playlist via bluetooth. If you have a DJ, you will need a hotspot for WIFI access. DJ’s supply their own speakers and sound system, and hotspot. There is no public WIFI available unless pre-approved by management.

Linens are included for most packages.

Our staff takes care of all setup, breakdown, and basic cleanup. For build your own weddings, you are responsible for everything you bring in, and you must remove your trash from the premises.

All weddings at Secret Window require a professional day of coordinator.  Secret Window provides a day-of coordinator for the All-Inclusive package.  Design your own weddings require the couple to hire an experienced professional day of coordinator.  We can provide provide Day of Coordinator suggestions upon request.

Secret Window has a full liquor license and provides all alcohol. Like a pub, no outside liquor is permitted to be brought in. You do have the option to add a hosted or cash bar, or combination of both, to whichever package you choose. All Design Your Own events who want a bar require a bar setup fee of $150 and a bartender fee of $25/per hour. Our All-Inclusive wedding package includes the bar setup, and bartenders.  All our bartenders are TIPS trained and are always looking out for the safety of your guests. 

The all-inclusive and build your own options give you exclusive access to the entire venue, including the main gallery, banquet room, and outdoor garden, for nine hours.  For events four hours or less we do have hourly rental available. Hourly rental may not be available on weekends during wedding season.  

We require 50% down to secure your date. This payment takes your date out of our inventory and all payments are non-refundable including any advance payments. The remaining balance payment is due 30 days prior to your event date, and is also non-refundable. We do require a $500 damage deposit which is  refundable 30 days after event.

Glitter & confetti is not allowed in the venue at anytime. It is very hard to clean up and is not good for the birds!  Candles must be in glass containers, no taper candles allowed.  If the linens are damaged in any way it will be deducted from your damage deposit. 

No.  Secret Window venue is an art gallery setting!  We do not allow the paintings to be removed from the walls.  If you have backdrops for photos, etc., they must be on a free standing rack.  We do have easels available for use.

Real flower petals are allowed outside.  If your ceremony is held inside, we require artificial petals to protect the floor from staining and must be cleaned up immediately following ceremony to prevent guests from slipping.  

Because of the fire danger in Colorado we do not allow sparklers.  Fireworks are also prohibited in the town of Monument.  However, DJ’s can provide cold spark machines that emit a cold to the touch fountain of sparks.

Yes. We require an event insurance policy with a minimum of $1,000,000 coverage.

We do not require cancellation insurance, however we encourage that you consider this to provide you with an added layer of protection against cancellation due to sudden illness, accident, deployment or other unexpected events that may occur.

Beer, soda, and any can cooler sleeves including drink koozies are not allowed on premisses due to our liquor license requirements.
